Day 01

Your tour begins once you arrive from mainland Ecuador to the airport on San Cristobal island. Grab your bags and pay your National Park entrance fee to get started! Your guide will greet you just outside the security area, help you to your hotel and point out some important landmarks in town and a tasty lunch in a local restaurant. The Interpretation Center awaits us where we will learn an overview of Galapagos and its human history. A 20-minute walk will take us to the site known as Tijeretas hill, the place where Charles Darwin landed for the first time in Galapagos in 1835. After a bit of time to change clothes, it’s time for your first snorkel!
